Why am I Banned?
Hello friends,

I am doing SEO for the health insurance online site and focusing on the keywords like health insurance, health insurance quote. The problem is while I am doing postings in the social bookmarking and directories most of the site shows the following messages like \"your submission is banned\" or “Your story has been discarded due to your choice of words which appear on our anti-spam list.”

Please advise me what can be done in situation

Please enough time between ban and your dispute plan transfer. For example, if you were banned for the repeated bad language, wait you request a few days before attempting unbanned are. The choice to do not see your argument probably handled as sincere.
