To earn more from adsense, are these steps right based on niche website:

1. using KeywordToolExternal find not so competing keywords (Advertiser Competition) with good price (Estimated Avg. CPC) -
for example based on wheels keyword:
pro wheels - $1.22
wheels packages - $1.74
2. use these keywords on your website in title, content, links.
3. advertisers with these keywords will appear in Adsense code block on your website
4. if advertiser is paying more you earn more with Adsense

If google adsense rejected you , it also send the reasons in a mail why your google adsense rejected you read that properly. Most probably you use duplicate content i.e also on reason for rejection.
