Is there some embedded algorithm that Google gives preference to their commercial customers?

Of course it will not be admitted officially.. but does anyone have any reason to believe they are doing this, or any

As per my knowledge Whether or not you advertise on AdWords advertisements or publish through AdSense has nothing to do with the way your page rank is Google.

Any proof or source you could quote? Because as far as I know, organic search results are separate from the sponsored ones. So,if it really did happen such an improvement in your case, I think it is just a coincidence.
However, you can benefit from adwords if people have for example bookmarked your site after the first visit, and they come back \\\"organically\\\" to visit it because they find it useful. But this is a completely different thing...

Both Google Adwords or any other Sponsored link account and SEO have a different algorithm structure to determine site rank and they are no where interlinked with each other.
